Contemporary two-story 1800 sq ft townhome w/ private pool in S. Palm Springs convenient to everything. Walk to Koffi, Ace Hotel, Villa Royal, Elmers, and more. 1.5 miles to downtown PS. Private courtyard w/ pool/spa and natural gas grill. Quiet, smaller condo complex. Upstairs is the primary bedroom/bath, laundry room, and den/office which looks down onto the living room with 20-foot ceilings. Guest bed & bath downstairs. Garage for one car. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. NOTE: During high season (Jan/Feb/March/April) there is an additional fee to heat the pool (see custom fees).

We have been vacationing in the Coachella Valley for 25 years and have come to love the Palm Springs area in particular. Steve’s house in Twin Palms is far and away our favourite place to stay. It is a spacious two bedroom townhouse that is well decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would possibly need for meals at home and the gas barbecue is a high end model and works very well - we used it often during our five week stay. The location is perfect as it is right next to Koffi and is about 3 km (2 miles) from the centre of downtown, and we walked downtown many times. The home is also close to many hiking trails and the Indian Canyon golf courses. Even just walking through the Twin Palms and Indian Canyon neighborhoods is a treat if you enjoy mid-century modern architecture. The home is also walking distance to a great mall with a Ralph’s grocery store, Ace Hardware, TJ Max and a couple of good restaurants. The backyard is well appointed with a small pool/spa and a sitting area. Steve, the owner is very responsive and attentive, although we really didn’t need anything from him or the property manager, Fred, the whole time we were there as all the appliances are new and high end and everything just works. We booked another month next year about three weeks into our stay.

Beautiful home. Well appointed. Near everything - yet quiet. Host and manager were very responsive. The back patio is a perfect, private spot
