About this house rental
If you are looking for a home away from home, this gorgeous 3 bedroom 2 bathroom residence is the one for you! Charming and fresh in a wonderful community. Inside you will find an open floor plan w/carpet in all the right places and neutral palette throughout. The eat-in kitchen offers granite counters, a pantry, mosaic backsplash, Stainless Steel appliances, pendant lighting, and a huge island complete with breakfast bar.
The primary bedroom features private outdoor access, a walk-in closet, and upscale en suite w/dual sinks. Great community amenities including3 heated pools a tennis court, basketball courts and plenty of miles of sidewalk for strolling or exercising!
If you need to work from your "2nd home" we have 2 desks located as far as possible from each other for quieter surroundings.
The closest community pool (heated!) and park is less than a half mile away. You will love relaxing here in the San Tan Valley!

Catch and Release Pond
Located at the south end of the Greens Park in between the HOA On-Site office (1475 E. Bella Vista) & Stardust Recreation Area (1554 E. Omega).
Features a 1-acre catch and release fishing pond for residents to enjoy!
Directions: Traveling east on Bella Vista, turn right on Gray Fox Way, turn right on Silversmith Trail, turn left on Desert Honeysuckle. Park at the volleyball court. Follow the path around the back side of the volleyball court.
Disc Golf Course
Located at our Stardust Pool Recreation Area (1554 E. Omega Drive). This is a newly renovated course with 9 new DGA baskets and concrete pads at each tee. Each hole has been installed with directional maps that lead you to the next hole. This course on a first come, first serve basis.
Pitch and Putt Course
Located behind the HOA On-site Office (1475 E. Bella Vista Rd, San Tan Valley, 85143). The Pitch and Putt Course is a 9-hole course open on a first come, first serve basis.

The Golf Club at Johnson Ranch
A beautiful public course that winds through the community. It has a unique layout that features a front nine that is almost completely different from the back nine. The back nine also features spectacular views of the nearby San Tan Mountains and the Southeast Valley.
The Golf Club at Johnson Ranch is also home to the Terrace Restaurant. The Terrace is a full service eatery serving classic American fare for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A 300’ climate controlled patio provides diners a comfortable place to enjoy a distinct menu and take in the majestic views of the surrounding San Tan Mountains.
The Terrace is also the perfect place for special events such as weddings, parties or corporate outings. The professional event planners at the Terrace specialize in turning your event into one you will remember for years to come.

Quiet Hours are 10pm - 7am
Groups of all adults under 50 years old MAY not be accepted.
Travelers without reviews MAY not be accepted.
Primary guests under 40 years old MAY not be accepted.
Bookings less than 7 days in advance MAY not be accepted.
Guests booking under someone else's account MAY not be accepted.
Guests paying with someone else's card MAY not be accepted.
There is a limit of 6 people (adults and children combined) allowed at the community pool.
No events allowed like birthday parties, wedding dinners, reunions etc.
Mid stay cleanings are required on all reservations over 30 days in order to lessen the volume of cleaning required at check out.
Additional visitors are limited. Guests staying and visitors cannot exceed 6 adults at any time.
