My stay here was absolutely amazing! This place had everything you needed. The owner provided everything; all you have to do is buy food. I recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Arizona. 10 out of 10!

Property HVAC (heating) didn't work until we called to have it fixed - which was done the next day. The house keeping was very good when we arrived - however the carpeting had stains which probably needed a professional cleaning. The disposal didn't work and in a professional plumber's opinion needed to be replaced. The outdoor patio chairs were comfortable but slightly stained. The outdoor grill was perfect.The layout of the house was very pleasing. The neighborhood was comfortable and quiet. The property owner was very prompt in replying to our email conversation concerns.
