About this chalet rental

Charming semi-detached chalet completely renovated with breathtaking views of Lake St Point (Doubs - 25). Fully furnished chalet, fully equipped kitchen, 1 single bedroom, one independent under the roof and a mezzanine with 2 beds per room. Surface area 55m2 except rooms under the roof. Can accommodate groups of up to 6 or a maximum of 8 people (1 additional bed sofa bed in the living room). Living room and dining room with lake view and access to the small path that goes around the lake. Proximity to the ski slopes. Independent parking lot and garage. Ideal for those who practice board sports or kytesurfing, canoeing, paddle boarding, fishing.
Travel cot available for babies.
Bed and bath towels provided.
Rental by the week, weekend, details to be agreed together according to the need.

The hosts live in the neighborhood and were easy to reach and very friendly. The house is well situated and has a beautiful lake view. A small beach is not far from the house (200 meters). We enjoyed a very nice and sunny weekend in Chaudron. I can recommend the accommodation.

Demi chalet avec vue imprenable sur le lac de St Point. Le chalet a été refait avec beaucoup de goût, cependant et c'est bien dommage, la surface n'est pas adaptée au nombre de personnes annoncées. Nous étions 6 adultes mais une seule chambre peut être considérée comme chambre parentale. En effet, les 2 autres pièces sont petites et se trouvent sous pente et sont semi-ouvertes avec peu d'intimité. La cuisine et la SDB sont petites mais fonctionnelles. Certains équipements sont encore manquants, cependant l'on peut compter sur Ludovic et Tullia pour palier à certains manques et rendre votre séjour agréable. Nous recommandons ce chalet pour une famille de 4/5 personnes avec de jeunes enfants ou adolescents. Ne convient pas aux petits enfants car l'escalier qui mène à l'étage est très raide. Malgré la promiscuité, nous avons passé un excellent week-end dans ce chalet chaleureux avec des propriétaires très arrangeants et agréablement accueillants !
