Posizione centralissima comoda a tutto! Design dell’appartamento
Si sentivano tantissimo i rumori della strada e non c’erano le tende per oscurare 2 finestre alte irraggiungibili perché troppo altre anche volendole coprire autonomamente. Dovreste mettere una tenda oscurante o veneziane da poter chiudere tramite un bastone allungato o meccanicamente. Il sole sorge molto presto e la luce per quanto molto bella perche illumina tutto l’appartamento, per dormire non è piacevole. I midi per migliorare questo dettaglio ci sono. Inoltre vi do un caro consiglio di pulire il terrazzino perché era IMPRATICABILE.

L’emplacement est juste parfait en plein centre ville et à 50m du métro
En revanche l’appartement est situé au dessus d’un bar avec une énorme terrasse : musique à fond jusqu’à 2h du matin et personnes saoules qui hurlent jusqu’à 4h du matin, de plus il n’y a pas de volets juste des rideaux presque inefficaces donc grand jour dans les chambres à 5h30 du matin !!
