Bliss Luxury Suites

The highlight of our stay was definitely Tina’s warm welcome and exceptional kindness. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel very welcome. She was extremely helpful, attentive, and always willing to find a solution whenever needed. Her professionalism, positive attitude, and genuine care made a real difference to our experience. She is clearly a great asset to the property. To be completely honest, Tina is one of the main reasons we are giving a score of 7. Without the quality of her welcome and the assistance she provided during the first days of our stay, our rating would have been lower. The location is also excellent, close to everything, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Unfortunately, we don’t feel that the accommodation offers good value for the price we paid. Cleaning is provided only every three days, which, for a place close to the beach, doesn’t feel frequent enough in terms of cleanliness and comfort. The cleaning lady does a great job, and we have absolutely nothing negative to say about her work. The issue is simply that the cleaning schedule set by the management is not frequent enough, especially considering the price of the accommodation. Unfortunately, Tina left two days after our arrival. After that, if you had any issues, you had to communicate through Booking. We personally didn’t need assistance, but considering the price we paid, we expected a more direct and attentive service throughout the entire stay. This was our fourth time in Lindos, and we deliberately chose to pay more this time because we expected a higher level of service and comfort. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Overall, while the location and especially Tina’s outstanding welcome were very positive, we felt that the level of service provided during the stay did not justify the price.

The location is perfect, 2 mins from St Pauls Bay, and 2 mns from the bars/restaurants and shops. tine was just the best host ever and gave some great reccomendations. I thoroughly reccommend Bliss apartments

Clearer instructions for the hot tubs maybe, I couldn't get the water heater to work, it kept cutting out but overall nothing else.

The location is amazing, very comfortable space, impressed with air conditioning facilities.

We did have an issue with other people inside the complex helping themselves to our patio furniture, also the toilet seat was quite wobbly.

It was located in the middle of the village, so easy to get everywhere. It was clean and provided everything we would have expected.

Despite being advertised as sound-proofed, you could hear every movement from the apartment above and the adjoining Yanni’s Bar, which unfortunately kept us awake until the early hours of the morning. It wasn’t just the typical Lindos Village noises, it was every time anyone walked up the stairs, moved furniture etc, which seemed to be constant!
