Apparantely heating was turned on just before arrival and it took two days to warm convenient temperature. Two bathrooms but only one toilet.

Rami vieta (atokiau nuo bažnyčių, ūkinių pastatų), vaizdas į kalnus (iš terasos), erdvi bei patogi automobilių parkavimo aikštelė, greitas Wi-Fi internetas, puikus apartamentų interjeras, draugiški šeimininkai, patogios lovos, švaru, slidžių bei batų džiovykla (su radiatoriais kiekvienam batui), atskira patalpa džiovintis drabužiams (pvz po išsiskalbimo ar baseino), liftas tarp aukštų. Norintiems vykti ski bus transportu, autobuso sustojimas visai šalia.

Pastate nėra vėdinimo sistemos (rekuperatoriaus), miegamuosiuose šildymo reguliuotis (susimažinti temperatūrą) galimybės nėra. Taigi teko šiek tiek pravėrus langus miegoti (kad užtikrinti bent kokią oro cirkuliaciją).

bardzo czysto. mieszkanie bardzo nowe bez śladów zużycia.Fantastyczni gospodarze spełniający wszelkie prośby i szybko reagujący na potrzeby i zapytania.wygodna narciarnia. Fantastyczne materace w bardzo dużych łóżkach. w obu sypialniach sejfy. ładnie i pachnąco w częściach wspólnych . Na plus codziennie słodycze przy wyjściu z domu

w mieszkaniu w którym bylismy bardzo mała łazienka . w sypialniach od ulicy ,w mieszkaniu gdzie przebywaliśmy okna są wysoko pod sufitem a po otworzeniu przejeżdżający samochód lub przechodzący ludzie są wyraźnie słyszani gdy uchyli się okna do spania.

Top appartementen op een super locatie. Zeer centraal. Skibus stopt tegenover appartementen.

Super mooie appartementen. Mooie badkamer. Grote slaapkamers. Fatsoenlijke raambekleding. En heel erg schoon! Prima plek dicht bij See, Kappl en Ischgl.

Ruimte om te zitten ging net. Een bank paste er niet in. Dat is enige opmerking maar je hebt het eigenlijk ook niet nodig.

Appartement neuf, vaste et très confortable, situé au calme, le centre ville étant toutefois accessible à pied. Le local pour skis et chaussures et le parking privatif sont des vrais plus. Merci à la famille MATT pour leurs délicates attentions. Nous recommandons chaudement.

Die Lage war traumhaft!! Das Paznauntal ist toll! Das Apartment ist toll ausgestattet. Bequeme Betten. Man schläft gut. Tolle Terrasse. Ein traumhaftes Aparment!!!

Einzig und allein ein Wohnzimmer und eine Bequeme Möglichkeit fernzusehen geht ein wenig ab. Aber da wird man durch die tolle Lage entschädigt.

Sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage ist sehr gut und ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt mit Familie Matt. Abwicklung sehr professionell. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Nichts gravierendes aufgefallen. Der Bachlauf neben dem Haus könnte für empfindliche Personen eventuell akustisch intensiv sein. Uns störte es nicht und die modernen Fenster isolieren den Schall hervorragend, wenn geschlossen.

Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen

Sehr moderne und hochwertig ausgestattet Ferienwohnung. Total nette Gastgeberin die einem mit Rat und Tat zur Seite steht. Die Lage ist wunderbar, es gibt einen kleinen Spielplatz und ein Fußballtor. Parkplätze gibt es direkt vor der Ferienwohnung. Alles in Allem ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen.

Leider ist das Wlan-Signal ausbaufähig, nicht überall ist der Empfang gut. Ein paar Kleiderharken im Flur wäre schön und es waren eigentlich zu wenig Gläser vorhanden. Im Bad fehlt aus meiner Sicht ein Regal um seine Sachen abzulegen.

Die moderne und schöne Ausstattung, die freundliche Art der Eigentümer, die große Dachterrasse und der Service.

Nur Kleinigkeiten. Ein paar mehr Gläser wären super und die Abluftanlage im Bad müsste stärker sein. Aber das trübt nicht den tollen Eindruck, den wir von der Unterkunft haben!

Super FEWO mit guter Lage!

Schöne moderne FEWO (wir hatten die Wasserfallblick, die extra Tür in Hof hat) mit voller Ausstattung und WC vom Bad getrennt. Einen Brötchenservice gab es auch. Skiraum mit Trockner für Skischuhe im Keller. Parkplatz vor der Tür. Lage der FEWO eignet sich um sowohl im Arlberg als auch in Ischgl Ski zufahren.

Grundsätzlich alles okay, einzig haben wir nicht gefunden, wie sich die FB-Heizung regulieren lässt. Mussten deshalb öfter mal Fenster öffnen, da es uns zu warm war. Hätten aber auch die sehr netten Vermieter fragen können, was wir spät abends aber nicht mehr machen wollten.

Fantastisch!

Wat een prachtige accommodatie. Groot, schoon en een fantastisch uitzicht. Aan alles is gedacht en aanwezig. Ontzettende gastvrijheid en warm welkom met een huisgemaakte schnapp. Als je iets nodig hebt mag je een appje sturen en het wordt direct geregeld. In de ochtend iedere dag broodjesservice. Dag er voor doorgeven via de app welke broodjes je wilt en de volgende ochtend worden ze om 06.30 uur gebracht. Supermarkt dichtbij en skilift dicht bij. Zelfs de bus naar de skilift stopt voor de deur. In See kan je prachtig skiën en je kan uitwijken naar Kappl of Ischgl wanneer je dit wilt. Accomodatie ligt op een heuvel waardoor je prachtig uitzicht hebt vanaf het appartement. Vaak op wintersport geweest en dit was veruit de beste accommodatie, gaan hier zeker nog een keer terug komen!
