Very friendly owner and helpfull. The apartment contained all that was needed. Very clean. Sauna for relax. To Ischgl by bus 25min, by car 15min. Bus stops 50 m away.

Es war sehr sauber und sehr gastfreundlich. Gute Lage im Tal. Fuẞläufig sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und restraurant sehr gut zu erreichen.

Wohnung top / Service ausbaufähig

Schöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit allem was man benötigt. Hunde (gegen 18€! Aufpreis pro Tag) erlaubt.

Etwas laut, da direkt an der Hauptstraße gelegen. Hot Tub darf nur 1x pro Aufenthalt genutzt werden - jede weitere Nutzung gegen Gebühr. Wir fanden es schade, dass die einzige Kontaktaufnahme seitens der Gastgeber die Rechnung vor der Tür am Abreisetag war.

Fijn en verzorgd appartement

Het appartement ligt aan de rand van de bebouwde kom van See. Wij zaten in appartement Seestern. Ruim appartement voor 2 personen op de 2e verdieping. De woning was zeer schoon en de bedden waren prima. Er is veel aandacht besteed aan het gebruik van kwalitatief goede materialen, zowel bij de bouw als bij de inrichting. De buitendeur en appartementdeur worden elektronisch gesloten met code, je hebt dus geen sleutel nodig. Wij vonden dat zeer praktisch. Bij het verblijf zit de Silvretta Premium kaart; superfijn om zonder extra kosten gebruik te kunnen maken van o.a. bergbahnen en regionaal busvervoer. Klein dorpswinkeltje met vers brood aan de overkant van de straat. 2 grotere supermarkten op zo'n 10 tot 15 minuten lopen. Bergbahn op minder dan 10 minuten lopen en bushalte bijna voor de deur. Badesee op zo'n 15 minuten lopen. Opvallend was de vriendelijkheid van de Oostenrijkers; bij de bergbahnen, in de winkels, restaurants of waar dan ook, iedereen was super vriendelijk.

Het balkon ligt aan een drukke doorgaande weg en geeft overdag wat geluidsoverlast als je op het balkon zit. Binnen heb je hier (door goede isolatie) geen last van. 's-Nachts is er heel weinig verkeer. Direct achter het huis loopt een beek aan de slaapkamerkant. Ook hier is de isolatie goed, maar ben je gevoelig voor lawaai als je slaapt, neem dan een paar oordopjes mee. Deze 2 punten zijn geen negatieve kritiek, maar slechts vaststellingen. Wij hebben een hele fijne vakantie bij appartement Michaela gehad.

Uitstekende locatie in het Paznauntal!

Locatie, parkeergelegenheid, tuin, goede matrassen, schoon bij aankomst, vriendelijke eigenaren, goed verduisterende gordijnen, badkamer bij elke kamer, hottub / sauna, mochten gebruik maken van diepvries. Op berichtjes werd snel gereageerd.

Bij 16 nachten was er geen tussenreiniging. We hebben dit gevraagd, maar er werd aangegeven dat ze geen aparthotel zijn. In het appartement stond alleen een bezem. We mochten gebruik maken van een stofzuiger en kregen schoon beddengoed die wij zelf moesten wisselen. Het toilet werd tussendoor niet schoon gemaakt.

Unterkunft super sauber. Gute Ausstattung und für eine Familie eine sehr gute Raumaufteilung mit zwo Badezimmern. Die Gastgeber sind sehr sehr nett und man hat sich sofort willkommen gefühlt. Danke an Euch

דירה מושלמת, תקשורת בעייתית מול המארחת

דירה מאובזרת ונוחה מאוד, במיקום ממש מרכזי בכפר עם מכולת מעבר לכביש. התארחנו עם הכלבה שלנו וזה היה ממש נוח. יש רעש מקסים של הנהר הצמוד האיזור יפה כלכך

המארחת לא ידעה אנגלית והתקשורת הייתה מאתגרת, החצר ומכונת הכביסה משותפת לכל הדיירים וזה לא היה ברור מהפרטים בבוקינג. ביצוע הצ'ק אין היה מאוד לא ברור וגם בצ'ק אווט התבקשנו לשלם לא מעט על מיסי עירייה סכום שלא היינו ערוכים אליו מראש במזומן.

Perfect appartement, goed ingericht, op 5 minuten lopen van de lift en 1 minuut naar de bakker.

Aan een drukke weg, maar hier hoor je door de goede isolatie helemaal niets van binnen.
