This family house is situated in Sv. Filip i Jakov,. The house is close to beach, walking distance from the center of town. Large olive garden around the house offer shadow during hot summer time. On the first floor of house there is living room with double sofa connected with well equiped kitchen, bedroom with double bed, bathroom - shower, wc, washing machine . Large terrace with nice garden view, partly even sea view. Very quiet surrounding.
