Only positive thing was proximity of the sea.

Disappointing experience – far below expectations for the price We stayed at this apartment for 7 days, and overall, it was a very disappointing experience. The only positive aspect of the entire stay was its close proximity to the sea. Apartment & Amenities: The walls inside the apartment were noticeably dirty. The bedroom has neither air conditioning nor a TV—both are located only in the living room. Additionally, there was a persistent, unpleasant smell coming from one part of the kitchen throughout our entire stay. On top of that, guests are required to sort their garbage into categories, yet there is only a single bin provided in the entire apartment. Pool Cleanliness & Rules: The pool was not cleaned by a robot even once during the 7 days we were there. By the end of our stay, there was a significant amount of dirt and small stones accumulated at the bottom. Furthermore, one evening after coming back from the beach, we went for a swim and stayed in the pool until just before 9:00 PM. The landlady came out and abruptly told us to get out because a sign nearby stated the pool hours were only until 8:00 PM. We were the only ones in the pool, and the entire building consists of only 5 or 6 apartments, so this strict reaction felt completely unnecessary and unwelcoming. Host Behavior & Service: The host's welcome was well below basic standards—he simply pointed at the apartment and said, "Here you go." On our last day, he didn't even come to say goodbye, let alone offer any small welcome or farewell token (something we had experienced at our previous stay in Korčula, which set a completely different standard of hospitality). To top it off, the owner came by one day to make a barbecue right by the pool for himself, filling the entire area with heavy smoke. Property Access: Driving into the courtyard is a real adventure. The entrance is extremely narrow, making it very difficult to pass through with a car.
