Nestled between the Monti and Esquilino districts, it is the perfect base for exploring Rome on foot, surrounded by history, culture and local life.
The location is extremely convenient: just steps away from the
Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, close to
Metro A Vittorio Emanuele, and well served by buses and night transport. In just a few minutes you can reach the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, Termini Station and the lively Monti district, full of traditional restaurants and local shops.
The apartment is welcoming, functional and designed to provide comfort and relaxation after a day exploring the city. It is suitable for leisure or business stays, short or long, whether travelling alone or with others.

Santa Maria Maggiore Loft is located in a historic building in the "Rione Monti". The building runs along the homonymous square which houses the magnificent papal basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, whose enchanting view can be enjoyed as soon as you leave the building. The very bright loft overlooks the internal courtyard on both sides. The outdoor patio, equipped with table and chairs, can be used to have a coffee in the sun before starting the visit of Rome or to relax at sunset. The apartment is composed of a rather large living room, with a comfortable sofa bed, a table, which if necessary becomes a dining table, TV and air conditioning and a fireplace for romantic evenings. The double bed was placed on a wooden mezzanine. It is accessed via wooden stairs. The kitchenette is fully equipped and one bathroom has a shower and bidet. The coffered ceiling is typical of the area and of the oldest Roman palaces. Some of the features of this Rome apartment include its interesting decorative pieces, as well as the sun that floods during the morning. Roma Termini central train station (hence the underground station) is less than 10 minutes away on foot, while the Colosseum is less than 15 minutes away on foot. Right in front of the apartment there are many bus stops, "city sightseeing" buses and taxi ranks, while a large supermarket will cater for all needs.

It’s a perfect location for tourists who want to be able to walk to all the sights in downtown Rome!

Great propert, very clean and centrally located, most of the tourist sites are a 10-15minute walk, perfect place for a solo traveler. Only complaint is it was kind of cold inside the apartment and there is only a small heater, but it shouldnt be a problem in the warmer months. I would definitely stay here again!

Checkin was quite difficult without WiFi or data and there was no person to actually meet. You have to make the standard tax payment online when you arrive which I felt was uncomfortable. The WiFi in the room was awful. It was small.
