This unit includes entire second floor of a beachfront house located right next to Prime Hook National Wildlife Refuge. New construction, built and furnished in 2022. This place is great for families with kids of all ages. Large front yard (facing the ocean) is perfect for family fun, volleyball, campfire, or grilling. Fishing and kayaking are popular water activities in the area.
Kayaks, paddle boards and bikes are available free of charge with advance notice.
20 min drive from Lewes, Rehoboth beach & Dewey beaches. Broadkill Beach convenience store nearby, shopping center ~ 10 min away.

Very nice, clean place. Suggestions... Maybe hooks on back of doors. I find storage to be priority in our rentals...maybe a shampoo caddy to hang in shower to put supplies. Tub ledges a little narrow. Love the corelle plates. Maybe leave a cleaning rag and spray under kitchen sink for us to clean counters and tables. A bit buggy, but a beautiful place to stay.

The view is amazing! The property is right on the beach, very convenient! The place was very clean, well kept, with updated appliances (microwave, dishwasher, oven and full fridge). The owner including lots of little extras (toilet paper, soap, shampoo and conditioner, towels, sheets, tissues, even extra batteries! And a bunch of other kitchen related things- which was so helpful and convenient). We were so pleased to stay here and had a great time. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean. Great Views! The host was quick and responsive. There can be people staying above and below you. Great location. wifi was fine. We had a quiet - relaxing stay with breakfast at Station on Kings (lewes)! highly recommended and Blue Coast Restaurant in Rehobeth.
