Spacious 4 Bedroom 2.5 bath house. Serenity at its best! Backs up to the National Forest with extreme privacy, a 15 minute walk to Chambers Beach and a 5 minute drive to Homewood Ski Resort. Approximately 20 minutes to Alpine Meadows and Palisades Tahoe depending upon traffic.
Location! Location! Family friendly house. Beautiful home and nicely furnished/decorated, High speed internet, and a well appointed kitchen for the resident chef! BBQ, fire table and bocce ball court in backyard/patio area. Easy, flat access driveway plowed in winter.
3 Bedrooms/1 full bath with tub upstairs and 1 bedroom/1.5 bath downstairs: Bunk bed room has single over full and a separate full bed + room for a single blow up. 1 king bed and 1 queen bed completes upstairs bedrooms. En suite master bath downstairs with queen bed.
Walking distance to McKinney Rubicon world famous trails, cross country skiing, snowshoe and sledding trails out the back door. Summer hiking, biking trails, and Chambers beach access less than 10 minutes walking. Nearby Sugar Pine Park. DL Bliss, Meeks Bay, Emerald Bay.
