This is a pretty home in a very upscale neighborhood of multi-million dollar homes. As an older couple we loved the one level living and the ease of getting in and out of the home with only two steps. While it is great for a couple it would also appeal to two couples traveling together or a small family, as there are 2 additional bedrooms upstairs. The view is great from the living room and deck. It is located about 10 minutes from Boone and the same from Blowing Rock, with easy access to the Parkway. We really like the ease and the comfort of this home! EM

Great property - very clean, beautiful views. Driveway is a bit tight but nothing unexpected in the mountains.
