Atenas, affectionately known as a “Locals town,” offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the authentic Costa Rican culture. While you’ll be surrounded by Ticas and Ticos, you’ll be treated with warmth and genuine respect.
Palacio Las Palmas boasts four spacious bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, an outdoor shower, a private tennis court, and a magnificent swimming pool. The villa is adorned with numerous fruit-bearing trees, including bananas, mangoes, avocados, and various citrus fruits. Just a short 32-mile drive away, you’ll find the nearest beaches and marina, making it an ideal destination for a family vacation, reunion, or yoga retreat. This secure estate offers everything you see in the photos and more.
Upstairs, you’ll be treated to breathtaking mountain views from the private room balconies. The three beautifully appointed bedrooms upstairs each come with a full air conditioning unit and a private Romeo and Juliet balcony. We had a great stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host was very gracious in allowing us to hold a small family gathering for a couple of hours in loving memory of my dad, which meant a lot to us. Her kindness and flexibility made our experience even better. I’d definitely stay here again.

Everything was PERFECT the home owner Wendy was great always get back with me on any question or any issue that we might have. Rossana the CHEF if your looking for some of the best food you will ever taste trust me when i tell you her and her son know how to prepare a perfect meal.. And the house the picture do not give it justice, in person there wasnt a flaw anywhere we had such a great time and we cannot wait to stay there again.... Thank you soooo much yall made the stay GREAT!!!!!
