Welcome to Casa Luna, an Exclusive TRAVLR Vacation Home. Sun-soaked afternoons by the pool, cocktails around the fire pit, and warm desert evenings under the stars.

Located within the world-famous PGA West community, this stylish 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath retreat was designed for effortless indoor-outdoor living. Spend your days floating in the private pool, soaking in the spa, or lounging poolside with your favorite book while taking in the beautiful desert surroundings. As the sun sets, gather around the fire pit with a glass of wine before enjoying dinner al fresco.

Inside, floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors create a seamless connection between the backyard and the open-concept living spaces. The chef's kitchen features premium appliances, a spacious island, and everything needed for preparing meals at home, while the comfortable living room offers the perfect place to relax after a day of golf, tennis, shopping, or exploring the Coachella Valley.

All three bedrooms feature king beds and private en-suite bathrooms, including a detached casita that provides additional privacy for couples, friends, or extended family.

There is space available for up to 4 cars total between the driveway and garage. Street parking is not permitted. Oversized vehicles not permitted.

Close by is the famous El Paseo and Old Town La Quinta areas with excellent dining and shopping options. If you are looking to play golf, we are minutes from PGA West with three public courses to choose from; The TPC Stadium, The Greg Norman and The Jack Nicklaus Tournament.

If you enjoy tennis, minutes away is the home of the BNP Paribas Open Tennis Classic at Indian Wells Top Rated Tennis Stadium, with over 300 of the top-rated tennis players in the world. In April comes the Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals just minutes down the road hosted at the famous Polo Grounds where you can also enjoy top-ranked polo matches free of charge and have a tailgate picnic with your friends at the same time.

LOCATION
Walking distance to the Empire Polo Fields for all the equestrian activities and Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals; minutes from the La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, and all the La Quinta golf courses. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Target, Coffee Bean, and Starbucks, among many other chains and local favorites. Less than 10 minutes form I-10, you can quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is after 3PM local time, and check out is no later than 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation upon request. Please reach out for the cost and availability.

WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
All TRAVLR Vacation Homes have keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.

DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
TRAVLR Vacation Homes provides a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.

CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?
Your reservation "resort fee" includes the cost of pool heat (up to 80-82 degrees). This fee is not included on Airbnb bookings.

WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper.

There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.

CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.

DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
Due to city regulations, outdoor music is not permitted between the hours of 9PM and 8AM. Please note that bringing your own outdoor speakers is strictly forbidden unless pre-approved by management and could result in a $1000 fine from the city.

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
Our vacation rentals are pet friendly. We allow for up to two pets per property for a fee of $150 per pet.

I was excited to rent this property due to the way they advertise as a new property in PHA West. Everything was great but the unfortunate part is that the construction in not even close to be finished and started bright and early at 7am on Monday morning :( Not really a vacation situation here. I would expect a major discount in this situation. Not going to be back :(
