Perfect location to many hiking trails! Cottage is super clean and in a quiet setting! Close to Roanoke for restaurants! 40 minutes to Virginia Tech! Loved staying here!

We were visiting our grandson in Daleville. The VRBO provided us with a very enjoyable stay. The only thing that we would suggest is adding grab bars to the shower. We are 70, and the tub is difficult to get in and out of.

Lovely renovation close to great hiking makes this a good option. Unfortunately the floors were really dirty, and the smell of cigarette smoke took away the charm. Ginnie was very responsive once I made her aware of the issues, but if you have any sensitivity to smoke smell I it’s a significant problem.
