We have a wide range of ages (children) for our family vacation. This location was a perfect size to accommodate all of us. The beach was not overcrowded for the “beach bums”. The pool was perfect for those who enjoyed both. The boardwalk and other activities were all within 20-30 min drive. This was our first time staying here and it was perfect.

The condo was in a great location. Could sit out on the balcony and see the sunrise and sunset and the beach. Could spend the am at the beach and the pm at one of the 3 pools. Family members all had their own bedroom with bath. Far enough out of crowds but close enough for a trip to Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, Aquarium and Norfolk Zoo.
Only complaint was the cleanliness of the floor.

We had a great time. This condo suited all our families needs. We gave a couple points in our survey on floors, rugs, etc. Otherwise pretty nice place. Of no fault to the owners or Vacasa but the workers outside using the scissor lift could use some training. The beeping was nonstop all day for 4 days of our stay.

This place is huge and offered a great space for our family to enjoy our time together.
However, it was not clean. I sent photos of a used towel and trash bag left in the bathroom bait room a previous renter, the dirty kitchen trash can to Vacasa and was told they'd look into it and we never heard back from them after that, even after I reached out to them again.
Some of the beds were not made up, there was a bare mattress (no mattress pad), a fan was not working, the floors were well worn and unclean and the deck furniture was really dirty, we could not comfortably use that space.
Upon check out, I stopped in to speak to a manager rather than post a negative review, I was told to wait...
Eventually I left as we were on a time schedule.
I texted one more time (on the same thread that they responded to saying that they would look into it) and still, no response.
It's really unfortunate, the front end communication was excellent, but the follow through was poor.
