All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Do not move furniture between rooms.
The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The location was nice and quiet tho we were there off season. It is beach front. There were several pieces of broken/stained furniture. The dresser in the one rooms had 3 broken drawers. There is a crockpot in the kitchen which was nice for us. It also would have been nice to know before booking that we had to go get the key/door passes at a different location. We were in a bus and it wasn’t super convenient to go to the office. Overall nice stay and met our needs.

The interior areas of the unit were spotless and well maintained however on the balcony and exterior were consumed by spiders. We could not enjoy the balcony during our stay. The Beach Pro team did come onsite to clean the balcony and spray for bugs.The spiders returned that evening and the ceiling of the balcony was still consumed by the spiders and their lunch. The pool areas were nice but small compared to the number of residents that use them. The hallways were riddled with spiders and bugs so we literally ran from the front door to the elevator even though we sprayed our door area every day. I would recommend to a friend with serious conditions/caution.
