Newly renovated private 4 bedroom house. Open plan kitchen with large island and adjacent dining area. High-end furnishings and finishes and all located just 30 minutes from midtown Manhattan. 5 min walk to McLean Avenue where there are many bars & restaurants.

This was a perfect home and location for us. My daughter graduated Sarah Lawrence College, which was a 30 round trip Uber ride. The home comfortably housed my extended family and me. The host was very communicative and easy to message. The furniture is comfortable! So many VRBOs I've been in have dips in the bed or the couches and chairs are clearly there for looks and not comfort. This house had both stylish and comfortable furniture.The appliances are all updated. The water was the temperature everyone needed--we ran 2 showers and the dishwasher at the same time without an issue. The home is also just a quick taxi/uber ride away from the Woodlawn Train Station. You can get into Manhattan in 40 minutes. I am keeping this saved. I will stay here again if the family gets together in New York again.

A beautifully appointed house on a quiet, safe street close to a big city.Comfortably fit our family of six. Nice ammenities for kids outside and some games inside. Twenty to forty minutes into the city by car, depending on traffic. Carmel, the host, is responsive and easy to work with.

The property itself was very beautiful and well kept. The only disappointment was not being able to use the washer and dryer. For the price of the stay I really feel that a washer and dryer should be made available to their guest whether there were laundromats close by or not.
