About this house rental
Nested on a bluff overlooking the lake, Blue Vista is a cheerful house with a relaxed personality. Enjoy the amazing view, fully-stocked kitchen, hot tub, fire pit, and outdoor dining. Work remotely, go fishing, and finish each day watching the sunset from the ambient-lit hot tub.
Cook in the fully-stocked kitchen, read in the comfy living room, or spend all your time enjoying the beautiful back patio and outdoor space.
The main bedroom has a large picture window facing the lake, king size bed, twin-size roll-away bed, and an ensuite half bathroom. The secondary bedroom has a queen size bed, twin bunk beds and is next to the full bathroom, which has a double vanity and walk-in shower. We are family-friendly and offer a Pack N' Play and high chair. Even your favorite dog(s) can enjoy our fully-fenced yard!
Pet fee of $100 per booking. Dogs only please.

What a wonderful place and host. The home was so much nicer than I expected, the view was spectacular. There were fresh cookies and Christmas decorations set up for us. There was nice soap, shampoo and conditioner stocked up. Everything we could need was there. Everything was so thoughtful and comfortable.This is by far the best vacation rental we’ve stayed in. Truly ideal. Thank you so much!

The lake view is beautiful and private. Loved the back yard and the close proximity to so many restaurants and activities. The home is charming and cozy. We will be back!

Owner is very friendly and has great communication. Booking the property and check in was a breeze.
The view of this property is gorgeous. Relaxing outside in the morning and the evening presented such beautiful views. There are neighborhood stray cats that come into the yard when you’re outside and one of them will meow constantly.
Our group gets together every year and we always pick out properties that have a hot tub for relaxation. We were informed the day before that the hot tub was not working and that repair was not able to occur until after our stay. We completely understand that this occasionally happens, but would have expected a partial refund due to the unforeseen issues. The owner did offer access to the hot tub with just the jets, but it was dirty and not something we wanted to partake in.
The kitchen was not as well stocked as hoped. We could not locate a simple 13 x 9 baking dish and mixing bowls were nonexistent. The plates and bowls for eating had crusted old food still on them and had to be re-washed. They were also very large, flying roaches present in the house.
Despite these issues, we did enjoy our stay, and it is possible that the circumstances we experienced may have been specific to our stay and not ongoing issues.
