Manatees are drawn to this tranquil cove, where calm waters offer a gentle refuge. Birds and squirrels thrive here too—thanks to the thoughtful spaces we’ve created for nesting, and the abundance of food we ensure they have.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home, including all outdoor areas, the pool, fishing equipment, the right side of the dock (for safety reasons, please avoid the left side), kayaks, paddleboard, life jackets, and beach equipment stored in the outside closet.
NO ACCESS:
1. Our boat lift and boat. (We do have an additional tie up for your boat)
2. Part of the pantry is locked with our personal items.

The Neighborhood:
This property is on the water and located right of Indian Rocks Road. This allows for easy access to the beach and water activities. The property is easy to get in and out of.

→ 35 min to Tampa International Airport
Getting Around:
A new Jeep is available to rent during your stay—just contact the host for details. Ubers are generally easy to find. There’s a golf cart and bike rental shop just 3 minutes down the road (we recommend booking ahead). A handful of restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores are within a 10-minute walk, and you can bike to the beach in about 15 minutes.
There is ample parking for 4 cars in the main driveway and 2 in the circle.

Pet Policy
✔️ Dog-friendly (with approval + $400 pet fee per pet)
✔️ Pets must be crated when alone — no free roaming
✔️ Guests are responsible for any damage caused by pets (chewing, staining, accidents, etc.)

I can not express how amazing our time was here. Anthony and his wife were so amazing , helpful and prompt to answer any questions. The property is PERFECT. They have thought of everything here! We brought our 21’ bay boat and never had any trouble coming or going. Enjoyed the manatees and dolphins right out back. Just all around amazing property. We will definitely be returning.

We came to stay with our 27” boat for a week and we had everything we needed. Family of 12 with our doodle as well. Home is just as pictured and described. Kitchen has top notch appliances and great pots and pans and all you need for cooking and serving. Owners are great and have great communication. Backyard is gorgeous and great for any age. We vacation often and stay in many VRBO’s and this one offered way more than the rest. Highly recommended

This is a home away from home. Everything you need is there ready for you. Location was absolutely beautiful. Beach and restaurants were a quick drive. We will definitely be back.
