Villa Aqua Mare is divided into two spacious duplex apartments.
Whether booked individually or as the entire villa, you’ll spend your vacation in luxurious accommodations.
Each duplex offers everything you need for your dream vacation across 160 square meters.
With a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, you can cook for your loved ones as usual or visit the local taverns, all within walking distance.
The living area welcomes you with plenty of natural light and direct access to the balcony, where you can enjoy your morning coffee.
On quiet evenings, the large sofa sets provide seating for the whole group. There’s also a TV for entertainment in both the living area and the master bedroom. The master bedroom also features an en-suite bathroom.
Bathrooms are located on both floors, and a washing machine is also available.
Two bedrooms are furnished with double beds, and one with two single beds. These can be arranged together or separately upon request.
With numerous balconies—accessible from the bedrooms and living room—the villa offers a fantastic view of the sea.
The villa’s location is ideal for excursions in all directions. Whether to the idyllic beaches of Georgioupoulis or Episkopi, or to Lake Kournas—there’s always something to discover. The region is, of course, also perfect for divers and sailors.
You can spend your evenings out either exploring the local area in Kournas, discovering Chania, or checking out the bars from Georgioupoli to Paralia.
If it gets too hot after a long day at the beach or by the pool, the air conditioning will cool the apartment down to your desired temperature in no time.
Outside, next to the spacious pool, you’ll find a BBQ area.
It features a fully equipped cooking area as well as a large dining table for your entire group. This is where unforgettable memories are made under the Greek sky.
Parking is available right on the property
