About this apartment rental
”Villa Su Castangiu" is located within a complex of 3 residential ,two of which are intended for tourist rental, They are only 2 km far from the well-liked “Foxi Manna” beach.
The structure consists of two charming independent three-room apartments.
Apartment 1 is placed on the ground floor and consists of: a living room with kitchenette, 1 double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a single bedroom with an additional pull-out bed and a bathroom with shower. The whole is completed by a large veranda equipped for outdoor dining.
Apartment 2 is located on the first floor and consists of: a large living room with kitchenette, two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
To top it all off there is a large panoramic terrace that can be used for outdoor dining.
Villa “Su Castangiu” has also a large courtyard with parking spaces, a barbecue area and a wood-burning oven, a swimming pool with solarium and a 5-a-side football field.
All these services are shared with the other apartments.

Additional costs will be payed only in cash at check in:
Final cleaning fee: € 70.00 (mandatory)
Air conditioning 50€ for week
Cost of supplying bed linen - bath towels: € 15.00 per person (only if requested and booked in advance)

We had a very good time at the house. The scenary is beautiful in the hills and with a view on the see. Our two suns had so much fun playing in the football pit, with giuseppi! Giovanni and his wife are very, very friendly, always with a big smile and helpful when needed. Enough privacy and good restaurants nearby. Enjoy!

Wir hatten das große Appartement von Giovanni im Obergeschoss gemietet.
Die Anfahrt zum Haus war ein wenig kompliziert, da wir „nur“ die Positionsdaten erhalten und damit keine Erfahrung hatten. Allerdings bestand die Möglichkeit den Eigentümer anzurufen. Dieser erwartete uns auf der Hauptstraße und begleitete uns dann zum Haus. Für uns, die wir nur Asphaltstraßen gewohnt sind, war der Schotterweg von der Hauptstraße zum Haus etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Tatsächlich haben wir uns dann aber ziemlich schnell angepasst, und solange man kein tiefergelegtes Auto hat, ist dies kein Problem.
Das Appartement und die Anlage waren sehr gepflegt und sauber. Alles entsprach dem Online-Inserat. Der Check-in erfolgte problemlos.
Die Ausblicke von der hinteren und der vorderen Terrasse sind beeindruckend schön. Rundherum freie Sicht auf die grandiose Landschaft. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig: die nächsten Nachbarn sind mindestens 100 Meter entfernt. Das Meer liegt in etwa in 2 km Entfernung. Die Strände sind sehr schön und flach abfallend.
Unser Vermieter war sehr, sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und offen. Wir wurden mit einer Flasche Wein und typisch-sardischen Gebäck begrüßt. Er wies uns auf Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Region hin und bot an, uns persönlich dorthin zu begleiten. Während unseres Aufenthaltes erhielten wir immer wieder Gemüse und Obst aus dem nahen Gemüsegarten. Außerdem arrangierte er für uns einen Grillabend mit Spanferkel und Salsiccia in einer super netten familiären Atmosphäre. Wir waren etwas im Vorteil da wir etwas italienisch sprechen, wissen aber, dass er solche Abende auch für andere Gäste, die kein italienisch sprachen, vorbereitete.
Danke für die schöne Zeit und wir kommen gerne wieder.
