About this house rental
Apartment located on the first floor of a two-family villa 1 km from the sea.
The completely independent structure consists of:a large living room with kitchenette, two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a double service located inside one of the two double bedrooms.
It is also equipped with two covered verandas, one of which is used as a dining area. The property includes: a private garden of about 200sqm with parking space, barbecue area and outdoor shower.

Tourist tax
Bed sheets and bath towels €15,00 per person (available on request)
Late check in after 9:00 pm until midnight € 50,00 (only on request)

Wir sind sehr freundlich von Alessandro mit Wein und Gebäck empfangen worden. Eine sehr geräumige und saubere Wohnung in einer wunderschönen ländlichen Umgebung. Wir haben das Frühstück morgens auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf die grünen Hügel genossen. Ein weiter sauberer Strand ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Ein Mietauto ist aber erforderlich. Das Auschecken war total unkompliziert. Wir möchten auf jeden Fall wieder kommen

L’abitazione è comoda e rispondente alla descrizione, la posizione è strategica e permette di raggiungere le splendide spiagge della zona in pochi minuti. Ottima accoglienza e assistenza da parte di Alessandro, gentilissimo!

Casa molto ben organizzata, comoda, confortevole e vicina alla bellissima spiaggia di Perd e pera. La descrizione dell'annuncio era assolutamente fedele alla realtà. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Il contatto Alessandro è stato sempre molto professionale, efficiente e disponibile a venire incontro alle nostre esigenze.

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der wirklich toll ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung verbracht. Alle in der Beschreibung gemachten Angaben werden eingehalten, es gab keine bösen Überraschungen. Alles super sauber. Besonders nett: die tolle Betreung durch Alessandro und ein schöner Willkommensgruss mit Wein und Gebäck.
Besonders praktisch: zwei Terassen, so dass man zu jeder Tageszeit Schatten hatte und jeweils eine Klimaanlage in der Wohnküche und im großen Schlafzimmer. Dann noch ein extra Gästeklo und natürlich der Grill auf dem hauseigenen Gelände.
Landschaft und Meer: von der Wohnung aus ist es ein Katzensprung zu den verschiedenen schönen Stränden in der Umgebung. Gleichzeitig kann man schon zum Frühstück den Blick in das hügelige Hinterland und etwas Landleben genießen. Zudem zahlreiche gastronomische Angebote, oft direkt am Meer. Hier kann man noch das authentische Sardinien erleben. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Danke!
