Very comfortable, clean and just like home from home. Situated as perfect base for touring, with ample secure parking at the rear conservatory entrance. The property is well run and any questions are quickly addressed by the owner.

This property is very comfortable and has enough as a base. It's not easy to find anything to dislike.

Great location with off road parking for at least 4 cars. House and contents were in good condition, clean and spacious rooms. Excellent shower (we didn't get around to trying the bath) and the two toilets (one outside) were very useful given we were a party of four adults, easing pressure on the one bathroom. Would definitely book it again. Bala is a lively town especially at weekends with a good selection of pubs, restaurants etc.

The property is well placed close to the town centre, but still gives views of the lake. We traveled on 3 motorcycles, and there was good off road parking behind gates.

The property is a little tired, but still comfortable, it could do with some new furniture in places. You would struggle if there was 6 guests (there was only 3 of us) with a shortage of plates, glasses and cutlery. Again it didn't bother us, but the advert says there is a dishwasher, we didn't find it.

Great place to stay and host is amazing.
