Two storey home with ocean views located within walking distance to the surf beach and a short drive to local cafes, supermarkets and hotels.
The property has the following layout which the whole family will love:
Upstairs layout:
Living area is open plan with large windows allowing for ample light and views of the sea. Plenty of lounge area for the family to view the TV or enjoy a meal at the dining suite.
Reverse Cycle air-conditioning throughout the home.
Well equipped kitchen including dishwasher, fridge, pantry, microwave, gas cooking, Breville espresso coffee machine. Step outside on to the large balcony with bbq and enjoy the views from the outdoor furniture.
The gorgeous master bedroom with King bed & ensuite bathroom is situated on this level alongside the living/dining room.
Powder room and toilet
Downstairs layout:
Bedroom two is spacious and includes a queen bed.
Bedroom three also has a Queen bed.
Bedroom four is perfect for the children with a single bed and tri-bunk bed (the lower bunk being a double)
Main Bathroom with a bath, separate shower.
