This luxurious Middleton holiday home showcases an expansive upstairs open-plan living, dining and kitchen zone with sliding door access to a big deck capturing endless views of magnificent Middleton Beach. The view from upstairs is just breathtaking. With five bedrooms, two living areas and 2.5 bathrooms, this property sleeps 10 people in comfort.
The galley kitchen has a large island bench, a walk-in pantry, a 900mm gas stove, a dishwasher and a matte black sink, completed with high-end finishings and soft close drawers. There is a guest powder room upstairs for added convenience.
Designed to be a relaxing oasis for families and large groups, this home oozes with space and style. Ceiling fans in bedrooms and living room, Split System Air Conditioning and louvre windows all add to the coastal feel of this home. The spacious main bedroom upstairs encapsulates views of the rolling waves and provides a retreat-like environment for its guests. Complete with a luxury ensuite and walk-in-robe. Our cleaners plan their daily schedule for the number of guests booked in at each property. If undeclared guests stay, the rate charged retrospectively will be double the standard rate

We had 5 couples people all with there own bedrooms plenty of room with 2 living areas.

The house was huge and very expensive: more geared for couples than children. No bunks or play equipment, not even playing cards. We had to buy dishwasher tablets and paper towels immediately. Insufficient cutlery and we would have liked instructions for the heat pump dryer. No clothes line. Fantastic for dogs. Sadly the weather was terrible for the beach so we were inside most of the time. Location was good and we did walk to the beach a few times.
