Turquoise Place C-1708 is a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath on the 17th floor in the C tower.
• Unit features a fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances. The dining area seats six and there are four bar stools for additional seating.
• Wet bar with wine cooler and ice maker
• Tile flooring is throughout the entire unit
• Full-size washer and dryer are located inside the unit
• The living room has a sofa sleeper.
• There is a crib located in the primary bedroom closet. Crib sheets are not provided.
• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and a full-sized fold-out sleeper. The primary bathroom has a jetted tub and a separate shower.
• The second bedroom has a king-size bed and a twin-sized fold-out chair sleeper.
• The third bedroom has a king-size bed and a twin bunk bed. *Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk.
• A maximum of two cars are allowed. There is one assigned parking space, and the other is first-come, first-served.
• Per the Turquoise Place HOA: The minimum age to rent is 25 years old and must be physically present for the entire duration of the contracted stay. Keys will not be issued to anyone under the age of 25 and identification will be checked. There are no exceptions for this policy.

The new water slide is an exciting addition to our World Class facilities! This is expected to be our most anticipated amenity. There will be a height restriction of 48” and weight restriction of 300 lbs. per the manufacturer. Slide rules and height marker are on the gate leading up to the slide. Access is via the C tower outdoor pool deck on the south side stairwell. Attendants will be on hand at this amenity. Hours of operation to be 10am-6pm, 7 days per week (weather permitting). **Closed seasonally. Closed beginning November 2nd, 2024 and reopens March 1st, 2025.**
SPLASHPAD
This is sure to be a hit with those families with smaller children. Our Splashpad from Aquatix has many water features including a splash bucket and water cannons kids will enjoy. The splashpad is located to the left of the C tower outdoor pool and slide. Hours of operation are also from 10 am-6 pm, 7 days a week. Chairs are provided outside the gate but should not be taken into the splash pad area. **Closed seasonally. Closed beginning November 2nd, 2024 and reopens March 1st, 2025.**
PUTTING GREEN
Now golfers have an option to practice their putting skills with the best view in Baldwin County! Our professionally designed, 8 hole putting green has ample lighting for evening play as well. There will also be scheduled activities each for children to try their hand at this sport. This amenity will be open from 8am-11 pm. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
OUTDOOR MOVIE THEATER
Activities will offer outdoor movies scheduled each week during the season. Owners and guests can bring a blanket and enjoy an outdoor movie as a family. Movie nights will be posted on the Activities schedule.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.
These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

I will start by saying the check in sucked. After an 11 hour drive the front desk had closed early... I was under the impression that they wouldnt close til 6 but we made it there at 5 and they had closed. Finally security checked us in. The room was nice and clean. The spa tub in the master room did not work. The views were beautiful! Someone had pulled the emergency alarm and my mom had to go down 17 flights of stairs for a false alarm... that is alot for an older person and they didnt let anyone know until they had made it all the way downstairs that it was a false alarm. They do serve breakfast here but only if you book directly through spectrum... they wont even let you pay for it as another guest which I thought was dumb!!! The condo itself was nice and spacious we absolutely loved it!!! We were disappointed the spa tub in the master didnt work!!! Also someone came and unlocked the balcony hot tub while we were out and we were never notified of them coming! I knew they were checked daily it just creeped me out we werent made aware before they stopped by.

Overall, we had a great trip! The condo itself has a lot of amenities for families with beachfront access.We did have a couple of issues in our unit, though. The pans and cookware left a lot to be desired. The pans were incredibly scratched up and pretty much unusable.The linens that were included for our pullout beds did not have blankets so we were pretty cool the first night. When we reached out to the property manager, they did bring blankets the following day.The single bed pull out in one of the bedrooms was so large that it didn't even fit in the room once it was converted into a pullout. We had to pull the dresser all the way over to where it blocked the bedroom door.It was very convenient having a grill on the patio, but the grill took forever to heat up.We tried to run the dishwasher several times and noticed that it didn't work. Upon further investigation, somebody turned the water nozzle off, before we got to our unit so we were unable to wash dishes on our first two days.Overall, we had a very good experience, but I think management needs to be made aware of some of these issues.

Amenities at this facility is amazing. We had 9 total in our group. Ages 10-50 and everyone was entertained. Daily activities, indoor/outdoor pools, balcony hot tub and grill, lazy river and water slide, pickleball court. The 4th of July fireworks show was the best I’ve ever seen. Watched from our balcony! The kids and teens had a blast. We will be coming back again.

The turquoise is great but this unit was less than impressive. It’s on the market and feels like it’s been neglected. Multiple things were broken including the sliding door lock, hot tub, and a bed. They did come fix things but inconvenient to have to deal with.
