柴口岸 Chaikuo Waterfront

房間沒有電視 空間不大 冰箱要到交誼大廳共用 沒有洗衣機 脫水機是壞掉的 只有2人房 不適合家庭入住

-Location was great! There's a diving/snorkeling spot right in front of the hotel. -Their common space/share space are nice. There's fridge, microwave, free water provided at the common space. Also there's aircond in their common space. -Outdoor space is very nice too! There's a few outdoor spots for staying customers to sit and relax. -There's a outdoor space for hanging clothes and doing some light washing. Very handy for washing your scuba gear. -One staff was very nice to us and helped us to set up tv for football game.

-We got a double room with private shower. The window of the room is very small so the room feels very dark. -Our bedsheet has a little stain on it. -The cushion on the bed looks dirty. -Staff wasn't very friendly at first but warm up to us later on. One was nice to me but rest of my group felt that they didn't provide any assistance. -One of our friends got injured during the trip, so we asked the hotel if they could provide transportation to the ferry pier. It's only about a 10-15 minute drive, and since there are no taxis on Green Island, we had no other transportation option. The hotel charged us NT$500 for the ride, which we felt was an unreasonable price for such a short journey. They weren't sending a dedicated vehicle either. Our friend simply rode along in the hotel's baggage delivery vehicle, which already had extra space and was heading to the same drop-off point near the pier to deliver guests' luggage. We understood that we needed to pay something for the service, but NT$500 for a seat in an already scheduled baggage run felt excessive, especially given that there were no alternative transport options available.

I loved the outdoor sinks with a view of the green mountains. Everything was spotless and hang out spots were so lovely.

Location by the sea is nice. Terrace on the top of the container hotel was nice and cool in the evening.

The structure of the hotel is made from 40 ft sea containers (I think). The noice isolation is very poor so you here everything from other rooms until everybody goes to sleep. Some part of building maintenance or housekeeping is done not so well, our door lock was very loose and some furniture was slightly moldy.
