載颱風外圍環流造成的暴雨時刻入住，店家給予溫暖的接待，房間的氣密窗關起來就聽不到隆隆雨聲，一夜好眠，讓人有安全感。民宿有電梯，很適合行李重或不便爬樓梯的旅人

It is a clean, modern building. Great shower. Very close to the Main Street and just a walk down the road to the beach.

There was no one in the foyer or even in the building the whole time. All locked up when we arrived at 10am. Fortunately a neighbour was able to rouse someone to let us in.

The air conditioner worked well, and the water pressure in the shower was adequate.

It's not really a homestay, even though that's what the name says. Only saw the boss when we checked in, and never saw anyone at the front desk (There was a car parked in the lobby/garage next to the front desk). The room wasn't cleaned for the 3 nights we stayed there, and the garbage cans in the room were not emptied. In the reviews that I read, other guests mentioned breakfast, but we learned when we were checking in that we weren't getting breakfast. It might have been in the fine print somewhere, but I didn't see it. For US$100 a night on a weekend, I would have to say the CP was not high. Next time in Dulan, I'll be staying somewhere else.
