L appartement est spacieux bien équipé et propre le propriétaire très serviable le parking dans la cour de l établissement et appréciable
la salle de bain 🛁 aurait besoin d'un petit rafraîchissement ( par exemple douche 🚿 à la place de la baignoire car pas pratique pour les personnes d un certain âge

Appartement bien équipé, très confortable (literie excellente, bien chauffé avec en plus un poêle à bois très appréciable en cette période automnale), lumineux, très bien situé (commerces, port de Sanary avec son marché quotidien accessibles à pied ), place de parking.
