    To start off I need to say that we had a lovely time and the property grew on us massively however it wasn't as described. We had an amazing stay. The elephant wake up call was lovely and we also booked a day trip with the resort to do bamboo rafting, elephant feeding and waterfalls which was stunning. In regards to the room we did get a mountain view bungalow however the picture shows another higher end room. It also states you have everything such as hair dryer and kettle which it didn't. It advertised a shop, restaurant and bar which are all the same small place at reception. This being said it was a lovely place, the elephants looked happy and healthy and no signs of chains or injuries and the staff didn't have sticks or anything other than verbal commands. We also saw elephants going freely to the water and back. Overall I would recommend but expect a small cosy room and not many utilities
