    The accommodation was simple as expected, but clean and essential. Unfortunately the shower boiler was not warming up the water. Good location but reach it before darkness, or it may be more complicated. Breakfast included (pad Thai or rice with meat). The small patio has an amazing view. Silent at night

    We had a fantastic night here doing the Mae Hong Son Loop, the accomodation is basic but the views are unbeatable. There is a great terrace where you can hang out and watch the monsoon storms while having a beer and some dinner from the local restaurant down the road. We also adopted a gorgeous, friendly dog for the night :) Great value for money, just don't expect luxury facilities and enjoy the rustic charm and friendliness of the locals.

    It's a cheap and decent basic place to stay for 1 night. When we booked, it said breakfast was included. But it's not. We had to look around for a breakfast place. Don't come here during the smoke season. Very poor ventilation. Also, lots of house gecko poops on the floor.
