Un ottimo appartamento per 4 persone, in posizione centrale, a pochi minuti a piedi dalle principali attrazioni turistiche. Una vera chicca che dal giardino, nei giorni di cielo limpido si possa vedere Mont-saint-Michel! Inoltre la zona esterna con tavolo per il pranzo e sdraio per il relax è una vera chicca.

Grote ruimte, ook buiten, groot bed, alles aanwezig, charmant van buiten. Avranches is leukere stad dan je zou denken. Heel dicht bij de snelweg, maar die hoor je niet; je bent echt buiten.
Beetje gehorig vanwege bovenburen, indien warm en ramen open. Douche niet schoon, dan wel verouderd. Inrichting kan makkelijk net iets gezelliger.

Sehr schöne geräumige Wohnung, sehr gute Küchenausstattung, sep. WC, Essplatz und Liegen im Garten, privater Parkplatz, fußläufig sind Cafés und Restaurants erreichbar. Zum Beschatten sind Jalousien vorhanden. Nähe zu Mont St. Michel
