Bardzo udany pobyt! Apartament był czysty, zadbany i bardzo komfortowy. Wszystko wyglądało dokładnie tak jak na zdjęciach, a wyposażenie było kompletne i przemyślane. Dużym plusem była również świetna lokalizacja oraz spokojna okolica. Kontakt z gospodarzem bezproblemowy i bardzo miły. Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce i chętnie wrócę ponownie!

Duża przestrzeń. Ogólna cisza (wiadomo że dzwony z ratusza czy samochody wieczorem). Apartament urządzony. W sumie to co powinno być. Skromna sypialnia z łóżkiem i szafa. Łazienka spora. Duży plus za telewizor i Wi-Fi Super kuchnia/aneks Lokalizacja blisko starego miasta

1. Brak kubków. Na upartego można pić kawę w szklankach od soków

The location was excellent, the apartment was dog-friendly, and the communication with the management was outstanding. After we reported the problems with the first apartment, they responded immediately, asked detailed questions and offered several solutions. In the end, they moved us to another apartment and even let us choose whether we preferred one with a balcony. The new apartment was properly prepared with enough towels, water, soft drinks and small snacks for the dogs. We especially appreciated how seriously they took our concerns and how much effort they made to improve our stay.

Unfortunately, the first apartment had significant cleanliness and maintenance issues, particularly in the bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen equipment, oven and cookware were not in a condition we felt comfortable using, and there were not enough towels or properly prepared bedding. Some cleaning details in the replacement apartment could also have been better, especially the oven. However, the management reacted quickly and handled the situation professionally.

Naprawa oświetlenia przy kuchni na górze światła , brak mydła w łazience , naprawa tego co się wstawia na prysznic , lekka naprawa drzwi bo się nie domykają do końca , zostawiona po psie sierść gdzie nie powinno być i powinni być posprzątane , brak klimy w pomieszczeniach
