2BR Stylish apt In The Heart of Tbilisi

The location was very central and the neighbourhood was nice. Many cafés around, very close to the metro station. The apartment overall was cute, though the house is very old and you can definitely tell. In the pictures you can't see the house itself and the hall leading to the apartment (not by chance, I guess) which look pretty depressing. But you know, it has its own vibe. There was an AC in every room so the temperature was comfortable. The apartment is well-equipped and well-furnished. If you want to do laundry, there is a washing machine, a drying rack an ironing board and an iron. The host is polite, respectful and replies fast. He also recommended a tour to another region which we enjoyed really much.

The bed in the big room was very creaky, it was impossible to toss and turn without making a sound. The floors were creaky too. The TV didn't work (we really wanted to watch the finals of the football championship), but the host did his best to fix it. There was only one toilet paper roll for 3 days for 4 people, so we had to buy more and leave it there. During the rain the water was leaking through the wooden window in the kitchen. We also saw some black ants around the sink. Since the house is old, you can't flush anything down the toilet, even toilet paper. The shower screen was narrow, so the water ended up all over the floor.

Excellent spacious apartment equipped with all necessary amenities and comfort. Central location with authentic feel and with easy access to attractions, shopping and restaurants.

Communications with the host, not the best experience, mattress is difficult to sleep

Konumu noel pazarına 2 dakika yürüme mesafesindeydi.Su ve sıcaklık konusunda hiç sıkıntı yaşamadık .Yataklardan biri bir tık rahatsız ediciydi ama tüm gün tiflisi dolaşıp yorulduktan sonra uyuya kaldık 😅Yılbaşı gecesi gece 2 gibi yattık insanlar eğlendiği için biraz gürültü vardı ancak onun dıyında çok sessiiz sakin bir yer

Yer tahtalarının arada gıcırdamazı belki bu bizim için büyük bir sorun değil

The location is very central, it’s quite spacious and has lots of space. Also, it’s quite around. The floors and bedding was perfectly clean. The host was nice.

The microwave wasn’t working, the couch has stains and is extremely dirty. Many things need replacement as it’s worn out.
