Was quite a large apartment, with a balcony overlooking the harbour. Shower was hot and powerful. Good fully equipped kitchen. Swimming pool was beautiful. Communication and instructions were good.
Maze to try and find the apartment. Corridors were pitch black until you could find the light switches. Building felt old with lots of permanent residents. Was right at the top of a massive hill, if you want to walk into town to find a restaurant. Bed and linen were the least comfortable of all those on our stay in French Polynesia.

Spacious, view, swimming pool, not far from city center and restaurants, very comfortable, nice terrace with view on the sea

Very smooth process, and very responsive host. Also arranged a great pick-up. Perfect location for a short overnight close to the airport. The room provides all required essentials.
Bedsheets were a bit dirty.

The place is fine, but you definitely need a car to get there. We landed at 10.20pm and weren't through security for over an hour. Thankfully the owner arranged an airport transfer. I would not have been confident trying to find the place in a taxi at that hour of night, in the rain. Owner communication and assistance was excellent.
You needed a car for this property - which we didn't have. The owner arranged transfers - which we were very grateful for but we paid a premium.
