IL TIMONE DI PACENGO

The host was very nice and friendly. The apartment itself was very cozy with a nice private back yard and isolated front yard. Nice pool. But the best part was how the host thought about pleasant stay for his guests. Not only the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine, it had all the consumables needed - salt, pepper, oil, dish-washer tablets, washing machine soap, etc. It even had a set of new toothbrushes for the guests! One can just move in and live for several days, no worries.

Eine wunderschöne, gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Die Klimaanlage war im Hochsommer sehr willkommen (und auch nicht laut), der Pool sorgte zusätzlich für Abkühlung. Das durchgehende maritime Thema der Wohnung war der sympathisch. Am besten war aber der Besitzer Gregorio: Wir hatten am Abend ein Problem mit unserem Schlüssel und der at sofort und sehr rasch darauf reagiert und uns mit seiner ruhigen Art die Sorgen genommen. Auch nachdem wir etwas vergessen haben, hat er es uns ohne Zögern nachgeschickt. Daher nur zu empfehlen. Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe des Movieland (kann leicht zu Fuß erreicht werden) und ein nettes Restaurant ist ebenfalls in der Nähe. Der See selbst ist ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, aber der Weg dorthin hat eine kleine Steigung und wenig Schatten. Aus diesem Grund sind wir am Morgen mit dem Auto dorthin gefahren, wo in nächster Nähe zum See ein gratis Parkplatz war. Früh anreisen, da ab 9:00 kaum Plätze mehr zur Verfügung stehen. Der Pool selbst ist auch sehr nett und eine tolle Ergänzung zur Wohnung, wird aber auch mit anderen Wohnungen geteilt.

Der Garten hat es uns bei der Durchsicht wirklich angetan, war aber wegen der zahlreichen Gelsen eher nicht benutzbar. Auch dass es sich um Kunstrasen handelte war eine kleine Enttäuschung, die aber nicht wirklich ins Gewicht fiel.

Well equiped and spacy location. Very friendly and helpful owner and reachable 24h in any occasion. Bed and sofa are of good quality. Own garden on both sides and Pool is very good and exclusive (not a lot of other visitors on the pool) Beach is reachable within 10minutes by feet. Movieland by 5minutes by feet. Gardaland is reachable by 50minutes by feet over the Sea Beach walk. Better with car 5minutes. City of Lazise is reachable within 6minutes by car.

On some spaces within the flat there was some dust lying arround for example arround TV furniture but this is nothing bad. It was generally very clean and the small places with the dust could be removed on its own within minutes.
