Place was modern and immaculate on arrival. Very comfortable beds and sofa. The view is stunning. Patio area is directly next to the pool. You could get a sun bed at any time of the day which is one reason we stayed there. You can use the opposite apartments bar restaurant. Ring on the bell at the gate and you can go in. Kids had a great time aqualand, its cheaper than Siam park even with a fast passes.
It was a 15 min walk down a steep hill to the main holiday area. Which is doable but gets tiring after a number of days. However, local taxis are cheap 5/6 euro each way.

apartment was in a quiet area and spacious, with a nice view.
Apartment needs a good clean (not only visible places, e.g. lots of dust on lamps) and a bit of love. Dishwasher was not working and host apparently couldn't do anything about it for more than a week (also didn't seem to care which is another bummer). There was a cockroach in the bathroom once as well (apparently an issue in entire complex)
