Very bad, dont book this

The place looks much better on the photos but its completely different in reality, everything was very cheap, dirty, dusty, they didnt preprare an extra bed since there were 3 of us, after we called them, they just brought bed linen, we had to make a bed ourselves, apartment stinks of cigarettes, we were rushed at 10:20 to leave the apartment allthough we were told the check-out is until 11:00. I am sorry i havent looked at other reviews before booking this, the negative ones paint the picture right...

Completely uninhabitable!

Changed my order without authorization and gave the reason that the room was not cleaned! Contacted customer service, no response!

It was easy to find the apartment and get the keys. Easy communication with the owner.

We booked the apartment for 3 people but they had forgotten to leave bed linens for the sofa and towels for the third person. It took a while for someone to get to the apartment to solve this. They brought a duvet sheet, but not one to cover the sofa... Pillows were quite bad.

Traumhaft ist Albtraumhaft

Ik heb na aankomst contact opgenomen met de verhuurder omdat ik het helemaal niet schoon vond en er tegen de afspraak in donzen kussens waren (ik heb een donzen allergie, had dit eerder aangegeven en er was toegezegd dat ik allergievrij beddengoed goed zou krijgen). Er kwam een tussenpersoon die alles (ook wat ik hieronder beschrijf) ging bekijken en ons uiteindelijk aanbod om de woning te annuleren. Dit hebben wij gedaan. Op vrijdagavond nog een alternatief moeten zoeken was geen pretje maar ik had in dit appartement echt niet kunnen slapen. Ik hoop echt dat ik mijn geld terug krijg.

Ik zag merdere grote vlekken op het matras in verschillende bruintinten. Matras lag op een kartonnen en mijns inziens erg onstabiel constructie, deze bewoog al als je al met de hand op het matras ging steunen. Ik zag beddengoed met gele vlekken in de inloopkast. Een nachtlampje was afgebroken en lag op de vensterbank. Schimmelachtige vlekken op het plafond in de badkamer, tegels in de badkamer vies. Vloer vies, mijns inziens niet eens stofgezogen. Magnetron van binnen helemaal vies en stonk ontzettend.

Ich kann dieses Apartment nicht weiterempfehlen. Es war sehr dreckig und im Badezimmer total verraucht. Es war sehr hell

- Klebriger, dreckiger Boden - verrauchtes Badezimmer - Das Wasser im Waschbecken floss nicht ab - dreckige Bettwäsche mit Blutflecken - sehr hellhörig und laut im Gebäude
