Very comfortable rooms and Johan was incredibly helpful and friendly. They let me check in early. Great value for a private room. The wifi speed is good enough for video calls, but you should sit closer to the door.

Friendly communicative host who responded quickly and was very kind to allow a slightly later check out. And a very helpful son who assisted with carrying my main luggage up several flights of stairs.

Clean, fairly central and a really comfortable bed. Lovely shower too👌 The shared kitchen facilities were well provided and easily accessible. Thank you Tamara and Nika for a lovely overnight stay on my final night in Tbilisi Georgia ❤️

We were met at the late time, given keys were ok. The place has kitchen, master bed and bunk beds.

Our place were probably was given to other people, because we were met and accommodated by other woman than Tamara, at the place that looked nothing like the photos and didn’t match the description. Friend of Tamara, who met us, said that our booked apartment was “unavailable” and asked an extra charge for another one, calling the original place a “beggar’s hole" (and called the booked price is to low for that new perfect place). The offered property supposed to better fit our needs (we had a lot of baggage) because it was on the ground floor and the Tamar's was cluttered by some things, that (if we insisted to chose it anyway) needs to be moved, which would took some time. Also, the woman we speak to, insisted we should cancel the booking, because we will stay not in Tamar's apartment, but the other place, which is not placed on Booking. We don't want to do that and the booking were canceled by the owner. Because of that, I suppose that you should read that review as review for other place, which name we don't know unfortunately, that review is more about organization and communication between places in this lovely inner jard. I am writing and changing a review, because the owner is writing me on WhatsApp that we should not write such things, because we were not staying at her place. We specifically booked a pet-friendly apartment suitable for our cat — simple, safe, with minimal furniture. Instead, the offered place was full of fragile décor, unnecessary furniture, and tight corners where a cat could hide or get stuck. We couldn’t let him out, and he spent the whole night stressed in his carrier, as were we. We felt pressured to pay more and had no choice after a long trip. Very disappointing experience. Travelers with pets — be careful, and double-check what you’re really getting before arrival. Also, the toilet in that perfect new pricy place, was not working. Be warned, it is the common practice to ask for extra payment in Georgia.
