Beliggenheden er lige i midten af den gamle bydel i Colmar. Man kan let gå til alle seværdigheder og et stort udvalg af restauranter. Interiøret i lejligheden var pænt. Til lejligheden hører en plads i en parkeringskælder, som ligger meget tæt på lejligheden.

Der var mange kirker i området og kirkeklokkerne larmede højt-også om natten. Så man kunne ikke have vinduerne til at stå åbne om natten. Køkkenet er meget sparsom udstyret, så man kan næsten ikke lave noget mad. Der er dog service, så man kan spise morgenmad og andre måltider. Der er også rigtige vinglas.

Location was excellent. Communication with the owner was clear and the information was helpful. The bed was really comfortable. Good washing machine available but only one washing tab provided.

The issue with parking and taking bags to the apartment was problematic but I can appreciate the difficulty with it being in the old part of town. You just have to plan your way to and from the apartment and car park.I would recommend packing light and leaving non-essential items in your car. The kitchen utensil provision was a let down. The frying pan wasn't working on the hob, there wasn't sufficient crockery available either. Pots did not have lids and there were no mugs with handles. The coffee machine was also not working during our stay The hot water would only last for one bath and there wasn't a pole on the wall to hold the shower head so washing wasn't ideal if you want a proper shower. The sofa in the living area was also a little uncomfortable. It is a lovely apartment and so brilliant to be right in the heart of the centre but there are just some little things that could be changed to make it much more comfortable.
