The greatest host you will ever meet. Santi was beyond exceptional. He provided hospitality, friendship and more than one would ever expect. From his wine to his garden of flowers and fruit We felt like we were family.. or rtoyal guests. Although we may never be back this way... Hawaii is a long way off. I would stay here for many more days. I wish Santi and his wife many blessings.. He blessed us so much. Vaya con Christo my friend.

All was awesome!

The location was perfectly located near the Camino trail. It was quiet, quaint, and beautifully restored. We would have enjoyed staying longer. Our host was amazing. He was incredibly warm, inviting, and took the time to show us around the home, the garden, and where he makes wine. We had a situation where one of our group was not feeling well and unable to walk the next day, and our host went way out of his way to arrange for transportation so that they could get to Santiago safely. We felt so incredibly grateful encountering such kindness during our travels. We hope to stay in touch with the host and have extended an open invitation for them to visit us in our native country given the incredible hospitality we experienced.

The host, Santi is a charismatic and hospitable man, muy especial.

The O Bérce Padron casa rural is a beautiful house built in an old style with stone but modern and well equipped inside. To the house belongs a large garden with various fruits trees, grapes, etc. It is located on the Camino.

Absolutely stunning renovation of a lovely cottage with its own vineyard, homemade wine waiting in the fridge, friendly thoughtful host - our favourite stop in 2 weeks on the Camino!
