Sin duda la ubicación. Está en el centro del pueblo con fácil acceso a todos los servicios y transporte público. Llegamos en coche pero está cerca de estación de autobuses y tren.
Faltaba un poco de limpieza y faltaba accesorios como palo de la escoba o recogedor, y algo de menaje de cocina accesible. El apartamento es muy estrecho y a pesar de tener armarios, éstos están cerrados con llave (suponemos que llenos) y para colgar nuestra ropa había unos colgadores de pie, que resultan insuficientes para una familia de 4. Una persiana no acababa de funcionar bien y el tendedero era muy pequeño.
