La casa es impresionante

El único pero es el precio de climatizar la piscina que es muy elevado

The house was beautiful and had obviously been done to a high quality when built. The host was very helpful and met us with the keys. The rooms were very comfortable and had plenty of room.

1. Pool was green despite being told it was cleaned the day before our arrival 2. Pool was not heated (host informed us that this was an extra and was noted on their website although we could not find this on the booking.com site) 3. Pool roof leaked when it rained (host informed us that this was condensation but hard to believe the condensation from a cold pool only started when it rained) 4. Fireplace was not cleaned out from previous visitors and no firewood was available on site 5. Electric blinds in single room were not working 6. Main television remote not working despite changing the batteries 7. One of the showers was not emptying which caused water to pour out onto the floor We asked the host for a partial refund and they advised they would speak to booking.com about same but 10 days later we have still not been advised if any part refund would be given.

This is an amazing house, the photos don’t do it justice. The only probably was we didn’t have enough time to enjoy it properly.

There was an issue with the card machine that thankfully I didn’t experience in later properties. I had to use my debit card even through I had wanted to use my credit card as it was a group booking. Only a minor issue really.
