Bona Sera Hotel

The location was 5-10 minutes walk to subway or tram,rooms looked exactly as on picture, the beds and staff were extremely nice!

The breakfast didn't have lots of choice, mainly vegetables, the part where hotel is located has very dirty streets and it sometimes felt unsafe

We have a lot to say about Bona Sera Hotel.❤️ First of all, we arrived to Istanbul early and they gave us key to have a rest. Free early check in and breakfast was great after tiring day. They were all so polite, helpful, positive. Room was little bit small but to be honest we weren’t waiting for anything else. Everything was clean, everything was working. After check out we were able to leave luggages at hotel and took a rest after shopping before our flight too. Thank you so much!

The 2 ladies working in the restaurant are very nice and helpful, they dont understand English but they try to help as much as they can, the old man that comes in the afternoon and the guy that works in the night shift are also helpful and welcoming.

The stuff is friendly. Bed was good and room was clean.

The terace door was obviously not sealed properly so in the morning there was some smell from the kitchen below. It could get a bit noisy early in the morning. The location of the hotel looks ok on the map, but unfortunatelly, it is at the bottom of the hill, so everywhere you go is up the steep street.
