Marcello Hotel’deki konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık. Özellikle resepsiyonda çalışan Servet ve Osman’a özel olarak teşekkür etmek ve onları takdir etmek istiyorum. Her ikisi de son derece güler yüzlü, nazik, profesyonel ve yardımseverdi. Misafirlerin ihtiyaçlarıyla çok yakından ilgilendiler ve her zaman yardımcı olmaya hazırdılar. Servet ve Osman’ın samimi ve ilgili yaklaşımı sayesinde konaklamamız çok daha güzel ve keyifli geçti. Misafirlerine böyle değer veren çalışanlara sahip olduğu için oteli ayrıca tebrik ediyorum. Kendilerine emekleri, ilgileri ve güler yüzleri için çok teşekkür ederiz. Kesinlikle otelin en değerli çalışanlarından. Marcello Hotel’i gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim. Tekrar İstanbul’a geldiğimizde kesinlikle yeniden burada konaklamak isteriz.
