What an awesome location! This home is perfectly located for easy access to downtown Burlington. We had such a wonderful time using it as a home base for our Burlington explorations!

This is a very clean and nicely decorated home just 2 blocks from Lake Champlain. Our group included 4 college friends (age 70) visiting Burlington for the first time in 11 years. We were able to walk on the bike path along the lake, to church street and all around downtown. We played the record player, cooked dinner, breakfast , made coffee and enjoyed our mini reunion. The kitchen was nicely equipped and we cook dinner for 6 with no issues. (2 local friends came for dinner.) The last day we went next door to a nice breakfast cafe for breakfast before we left town. I would highly recommend this house for those who want to be able to walk to the city center or Lake.

Real gem, near to Lake Champlain and Church St. Exceptionally clean, beautiful wood floors, all the amenities you need for short or long stays. Wonderful hosts, easy and prompt communication. Highly recommended.
