About this apartment rental
Perfect condo for a summer trip. All the comforts of home with a full kitchen , laundry room and plenty of space for the whole family. located on ocean blvd 200 feet from the beach anda just a block from the family kingdom. Tons of restaurants and activities within walking distance. We are in a quiet building but still in the midst of everything. A very sought after area just 1 mile from sky wheel & pier

A well stocked house although there were no wine glasses.
We did find a soiled nappy in one drawer obviously left by a previous renter.
We also felt the floor had not been cleaned very well as we had to wash the children's feet before they went to bed as they were black from walking barefoot in the apartment.
These are only minor points as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would like to come back at a later date.

This property was everything my whole family hoped for and imagined it would be. Plenty roomy for our 6 adult 5 children group. The owner accommodated us with the 3 parking passes we requested. The unit was clean and well maintained. We had a small plumbing issue which was quickly resolved after communication with the property manager. My adult children both called this Our Best Vacation Ever As A Family. Very high praise and my wife and I agree. That we would absolutely stay here again .
